    • The home's triple-pane windows feature low-emissivity coatings and an insulating argon fill between the panes.
    • The home's SIP roof and walls provide for a clean, quiet, and comfortable interior while no-VOC finishes contribute to clean inside air in this EPA Indoor airPLUS certified home.
    • A compact plumbing design and low-flow fixtures help minimize water usage.
    • The home's energy-efficient lighting includes efficient CFLs and advanced technology LEDs.
    • An ultra-efficient air-to-water heat pump provides hot water for ground-floor radiant heat and domestic hot water upstairs.
    • The 450% efficient air-to-water heat pump provides space and water heating while a ductless heat pump was installed for back-up heat and cooling.
