    • Advanced technology LED lighting saves energy and reduces heat loads compared to traditional incandescent lighting.
    • The garage and home are constructed from steel-framed expanded polystyrene wall panels with an R-34 insulation value.
    • The polystyrene-and-steel walls are moisture-resistant and are designed to withstand winds up to 200 mph and level D seismic forces.
