    • A mix of advanced technology appliances and lighting are used throughout the home.
    • The dry-by-design wall system includes window and door flashing integrated with a continuous exterior thermal blanket.
    • The ultra-efficient insulation system starts with a layer of closed-cell spray foam to seal up any cracks or holes in the exterior walls, which is supplemented with fiberglass batts inside the walls and a continuous thermal blanket of rigid foam on the exterior of the wall framing.
    • Every ceiling seam and penetration of the home is sealed with expanding spray foam for comprehensive draft protection.
    • Three layers of insulation are included in the walls for enhanced comfort and quiet.
