Non-Hazardous Waste	E.O. 14057 Sec 207		Agencies will annually divert 50 percent of building non-hazardous waste and construction and demolition debris by 2025 and 75 percent by 2030. Federal agencies will also pursue net-zero waste buildings, campuses, and installations where feasible. In addition, agencies will reduce or minimize the use of toxic and hazardous chemicals and materials, particularly where such reduction will assist the agency in reducing their GHG emissions.
