Michael Myer

Michael Myer earned a B.A. from Arizona State University and an M.S. in Lighting from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Michael is a lighting engineer with considerable experience in architectural lighting design, specializing in sustainable lighting design, controls, and new technologies. At Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), Michael works on various lighting-related projects including: Commercial Buildings Integration, the Federal Energy Management Program, Appliance Standards, and some codes analysis. He has been involved in PNNL-related fieldwork including the Light Right Consortium and the U.S. Department of Energy Solid-State Lighting Gateway Demonstrations. Michael has authored or co-authored many technical publications/reports and made several presentations at national conferences.
