This 2020 Energy Exchange Extra session focuses on how to build a workforce around energy resilience, the Internet of Things (IoT), and cybersecurity in the current climate. The panel looks at how registered apprenticeships can be tailored to growth areas, whereby companies can rapidly (12 to 18 months) update or expand their workforce by training candidates with a high school or associate degree at a minimal cost to get new skills and certification.
